Employment: With more than 20 years of research experience, Sheila has worked as Research Director for Prince Market Research, Catalyst Healthcare Research, Outsell Inc., ADT Automotive, and M/A/R/C Research.

Expertise:
Design, execution and management of research studies for internal and external clients. Experience ranges from quantitative studies to qualitative focus groups and interviews conducted among all levels of professionals and consumers in healthcare, pharmaceutical/ biotechnology, publishing, automotive, retail, government, and academic markets.

Education:
Sheila received her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Middle Tennessee State University and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She completed the Principles of Marketing Research certificate program through the University of Georgia and earned Professional Researcher Certification at the Expert level from the Marketing Research Association (MRA).

Extracurricular: Sheila served on the Board for 6 years as Research Chair for the Nashville chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA). Sheila also served on the Board of the Atlanta/Southeast chapter of the Insights Association and has been a national member since 1998.

Entrepreneurship:
In 2014, Sheila formed King Research Solutions LLC to provide custom research services to other organizations and share her expertise in primary research design and analysis as an independent consultant. There are many reasons to work with KRS, including the following values and benefits:
